K3 Fitness is a functional strength and conditioning gym focused on Olympic lifting, barbell work, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and conditioning using rowers, Assault Bikes, Ski-Ergs, and air runners — all scaled appropriately for every athlete.
