K3Fitness delivers a new way of thinking about fitness. We are a family first, hardworking gym. We thrive off of the camaraderie and sweat we share with our fellow members. Our type of training is inspiring, effective, supportive, and FUN! Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, or become a better athlete, we will help you achieve these goals. With our knowledgeable coaching staff, we will help you push past your limits and become a better version of yourself.
What to expect from our gym
No previous workout experience needed. All movements can be modified or scaled to any fitness level. Every single day is programmed differently. No two workouts will be the same. Leave the guesswork and apprehension behind. Allow our experienced staff to program your workouts for you. We have the experience and results to support our programming style.
We are confident that we can help you reach all of your fitness aspirations. Whether you want to drop a few pounds, get more toned in specific places, build muscle, increase your stamina and cardiac endurance, or are training for a race, we can help you get the results you are looking for!
Our classes are small so our coaching staff can give you the one-on-one attention you need. We will make sure you understand the workouts and have proper form with all of our different movements.
Our classes are 1 hour or less. We provide a warm up to get your body moving and ready for what is to come. Next, we usually incorporate a skill or some sort of strength component. Following the skill, we will hit some sort of a workout that may contain a variety of different training styles. And finally, we will end our session with a post WOD cooldown.
Feel free to stick around and talk with your fellow gyn members and coaches. The camaraderie of our gym is one of our greatest traits. Maintaining relationships with like-minded people with like-minded goals is so important in the success of your fitness experiences. Our gym community has truely become a 2nd family.

Offerings
group Classes
We pride ourselves on our Programming! You are sure to see results! Our General Group Classes are high-intensity interval sessions that combine functional movements with a fun, growth, competitive approach to fitness. They include a variety of exercises, such as: (Squats, push-ups, weight-lifting, kettlebells, rowers, bikes, medicine balls, speed ropes, rings, plyo boxes, running, jumping, deadlifting, cleaning, etc.)
K3Fit
This class does not require any previous workout experience but does require a commitment to work hard! K3Fit is a 40-60 minute class four times a week. This class focuses on conditioning using lighter weights, kettlebells, dumbells, core work, and body weight movements.
Drop In’s
K3 Fitness welcomes all Drop Ins. Whether you are in town for a short visit or if this is your first time trying a new workout regimen, we welcome you!
