All memberships include coach-led functional strength and conditioning using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and conditioning equipment like rowers, Assault Bikes, SkiErgs, and air runners — all coached and scaled accordingly.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Book a Free Intro Class
Meet with a coach to discuss your goals and ask questions. Then jump into your first group class for free. We’ll guide you through the workout so you can get a feel for how everything works.

2. Choose Your Membership
We’ll recommend the right full-time or part-time membership based on your schedule and experience.

3. Start Training
Every session is coached and scaled accordingly so you can train with confidence.

✔ Up to three coached sessions per week

$85 / month (1-year commitment)

Student Memberships

  • Full-Time: $75 / month
